PPC facility is equipped with thirty eight injection molding machines ranging in capacity from 100 tons to 1000 tons. We offer in-house mold-repair and maintenance capabilities.

During all phases of a project we maintain close communication with the customer in order to improve product quality and reduce total project cost.

We can operate in a 24/7 schedule to meet customer demand.

Maintenance

Secondary operations are available at customer request. We have a mold maintenance area that is set up clean, disassemble and troubleshoot every mold that is run. A complete preventive maintenance schedule si followed to keep machines in perfect condition.
